About this website
The Modern Wellness Podcast is operated by Part Two Ltd (company number 14537238), registered at 17 Vicarage Close, Standon, Hertfordshire, SG11 1QP, United Kingdom. This notice explains how the website works with your information. For questions about privacy, email questions@modernwellnesspodcast.com.
Contacting us
The contact form sends your name, email address and message straight to the podcast team. We use them to reply and handle your enquiry. Messages are delivered by email through Brevo and are not stored in a database by this website. We handle them on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information, such as private medical details, in your message.
Our mailing list
If you sign up, we store your email address, the date you subscribed, which sign-up form you used and a record of the consent you gave. We use your consent to contact you about new episodes, events and updates from The Modern Wellness Podcast. Signing up is optional and separate from sending an enquiry. We handle your details on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up.
The list is held by Brevo, the email service we use for newsletters, on servers in the European Union. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing questions@modernwellnesspodcast.com. We keep your details on the list until you unsubscribe.
Visiting the website
Our hosting services need technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver the website and help protect it. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and how people find us. Google Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner, and the information is processed under Google’s privacy policy.
Podcast episodes and listening
The episode list is supplied by Acast through our website. Episode artwork loads from Acast’s image services, which receive technical request information such as your IP address. When you choose “Listen to episode”, your browser requests the audio from Acast and its delivery services. Those services may process technical and listening information under Acast’s privacy policy.
Links to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, LinkedIn and partner websites take you to other services. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply when you visit them.
Cookies and browser storage
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visitors apart and measure site use; these can last up to two years. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Your accept or reject choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask you again on every visit. Cookies or similar technologies used by hosting services and external providers must be checked separately.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to ask about information you have sent to the podcast team. Depending on the circumstances, data protection rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
